A summary of what your organisation is about and what visitors can expect to find on your website. A clear and well thought-out page detailing all of the products and/or services offered by your organisation. Each product/service should have it's own description and (where possible) imagery. Try to include max information and clear descriptions.

A page which displays your company contact details, ie: address, phone number, fax number etc. Either an onscreen location map or a link to a page containing one, with directions to one or more of your locations. Plus a contact form, which is ideal for visitors without email, giving an efficient way of contacting you.
